To access your PassTo Plus points balance and review the history of earned, redeemed, and expired points, please follow these steps:

From Web App:

1. Visit passto.co.uk and log in to your profile.
2. On the side menu, click on” PassTo Plus”. Your points balance will be shown in the main information card, under your name.
3. To check your points history, click on “Point history” positioned in the main information card. This will provide you with a record of earned, used, and expired points.

From Mobile App:

1. Launch the PassTo app and sign in to your profile.
2. Tap the "PassTo Plus" icon located on the bottom main bar. Your points balance will be shown at the top, under your name.
3. To check your points history, click on the clock-shaped icon positioned in the top right corner. This will provide you with a record of earned, used, and expired points.

From Web App:

2. Tap on the "Send Money" button located side menu and provide your transfer details.
3. Tap the "Redeem Points" button on the bottom.
4. Choose your available redemption tier to apply the corresponding discount. You'll then be redirected to finalize your transfer, and the discount will be automatically applied.

From Mobile App:

1. Open the PassTo app and log in to your profile.
2. Tap on the "Transfer" icon located on the bottom bar and provide your transfer details.
3. Scroll down and tap the "Redeem Points" button.
4. Choose your available redemption tier to apply the corresponding discount. You'll then be redirected to finalize your transfer, and the discount will be automatically applied.

When you redeem your points, you’ll see a discount applied to your money transfer quotation.

You can redeem a minimum of 2,500 PassTo Plus points in a single transaction. However, the maximum number of PassTo Plus points you can redeem in a single transaction is 14,000. If the value of your points redemption exceeds the transfer fee, your transfer fee will be waived, resulting in a fee of zero.

You should redeem your PassTo Plus points before they expire within 12 months from the date acquired. Doing so will help reduce costs on your international transfers. Remember, deleting your PassTo account will also lead to the permanent loss of your points, so it's essential to consider this before proceeding.
