This mobile identifier policy explains what mobile identifiers are in place, how we use them and how you can manage them.
We are BlaBla Connect Limited (‘BlaBla’), with registered office at 60 Cannon Street, London EC4N 6NP, England. We offer online payment and remittance services, commonly known as ‘eWallet services’ to our customers, which has features such as, payments (whereby you can make payments directly from our app), remittance (you can transfer money to anyone in the world), shared wallet (you can share money with your close ones), group transfers (you can collect money from a group of people and send it to your close ones), physical and virtual cards as well as peer to peer transfers.
Mobile identifiers are small data files of information that an online application transfers to your mobile device to store and sometimes track information about you.
We use mobile identifiers to distinguish you from other users. This helps us to improve our application and to provide you with a good experience when you use our services.
We may use the following types of mobile identifiers:
• Strictly necessary mobile identifiers
• Statistics mobile identifiers
• Marketing mobile identifiers

We assess the mobile identifiers present on our application periodically, to ensure they are aligned with the requirements of current legislation. For instance, we remove mobile identifiers set to hold data for an excessive period of time, which do not meet the principle of storage limitation, as per Article 5.1.e of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
